Photo: A collapsed building killed pregnant woman and her 5 year old daughter in Ogun

A pregnant woman identified as Kafayat Somoye and her 5 year old daughter, Ganiyat, were killed after a building said to be about 70 years old, collapsed at Onifufu/Aderupaba compound in Oke-Ijeun area of Abeokuta, Ogun state yesterday March 24th.

Eyewitnesses said the building unexpectedly caved in, killing the woman and her daughter instantly. The woman who is a petty trader was taking her daughter to school when the incident happened.
